This is just to let you know that the record player is working faultlessly, with bags of volume and bass with the new cartridge. The mechanism is as sweet as a nut without any problems whatsoever. Its really like having a new player. As an overall experience dealing with you, it has been an absolute pleasure!! I am so glad that I found your site and took up your offer to have a look at the player. I have sung your praises to my best friend, and he may well be putting a bit of business your way. I will DEFINITELY be bringing my Pioneer MiniDisc recorder to you as soon as I possibly can afford it. But until then, thank you very much, you did a superb job.
